Open a site and you’ll see up to seven tabs. Some only appear once your site is deployed, and a few depend on what your site is set up to do.
Overview
Your site’s trophy case: setup modules, connected channels, and recent activity in one place. Each module tracks a setup step (theme, brand, strategy, content). Recent activity shows saves, syncs and publishing events so you can confirm what happened and when. Some modules unlock after the site is deployed.
Content
Everything on the site itself:
- Pages — the homepage, service pages and other main pages, edited live.
- Collections — repeatable content like services, team members or FAQs.
- Media — images, documents and reusable sections.
If your site is hosted elsewhere and we only manage part of its content, you’ll see just the sections that apply (usually Collections), plus a Reference Pages list where you can keep links to pages that live on your own site.
Leads
Visitors who submit your forms land here — two views, Inbox (each submission with contact details, message and extra fields) and CRM Leads (the lead records you assign and follow up). Triage with statuses, export to CSV, delete what you don’t need. The account owner also gets an email for each new lead. See Where do form submissions go?.
Branding
Apply a Brand Profile to keep colours and voice consistent across the site, and fine-tune site-specific overrides (colours, typography) under the advanced section.
Channels
Where this site talks to the outside world:
- Social — connect Facebook/Instagram, compose, schedule and measure posts.
- Notion Sync — bind a Notion space so content edits flow both ways.
You authorise providers once under the portal’s Connections; here you bind them to this site.
Site Settings
Infrastructure rather than content: domain and go-live, SEO, analytics scripts, custom code, and the danger zone. Be careful with reset or domain actions — they affect the live site. Domain help: Connect a custom domain.
Team
Invite teammates and see who has access. Invites grant access to the whole account, not just this site — every teammate can see every site today; per-site access is on the roadmap.
